Jonathan is an architect, leader and visionary with more than 20 years of experience in the A&E industry. As Chief Operating Officer, Jonathan has overall accountabilities for client success through project delivery, resource planning and advancing sustainable design and technology. He has a proven track record of leading multiple large-scale, complex projects across market sectors and disciplines.
With a strong and successful history in business development at NORR, Jonathan brings a unique sense of big picture strategic thinking, together with a keen understanding of financial and operational details necessary to run the global operations of a large inter-disciplinary firm. This combination strengthens his ability to balance risk and corporate goals with the daily changes that influence each of our communities where we operate.
As a member of the Board of Directors and Governance Committee, Jonathan has a strong sense of social responsibility with everything he does: building client relationships, employee interactions, partner teaming, shareholder relations and a keen desire for purpose-driven design.
